Warranty

All products sold by Sc Dhs Bike Parts Srl, through the current DHSBIKEPARTS.COM website, benefit from the Warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force, published on the website www.anpc.ro, as well as to the European legislation on Public Consumer Protection on
www. europa.eu, as well as the commercial policies offered by some producers.

The products sold are original, in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative status of delivery directly from the original manufacturers mentioned, and according to the declaration of conformity.

Each product benefits from the legal guarantee according to the product and its destination; according to the legislation in public on www.anpc.ro, the warranty period for long-term products is between 1-5 years, and for consumables between 1-6 months, obligatorily granted only on the basis of the presentation of the sales document and / or the certificate of warranty (where applicable).

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product, according to the invoice, the fiscal receipt, the guarantee certificate and is valid only for the original original buyer, not being transferable to other persons.

The products ordered on the DHSBIKEPARTS.COM website benefit from the same guarantee regime as those purchased from Sc Dhs Bike Parts Srl's own stores; trading partners, resellers, having their own warranty responsibilities and possibly other terms.
