How to buy

You can buy products from our store online, by phone or by email.

Online order
The product you want to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page that contains the product categories, by the menu on the right with all product categories and subcategories, or by using the search field. Once you have placed your order, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart.
After adding to the cart all the products you want to order, the purchase process continues by pressing the button and scrolling through the order page. On the order page you will need to complete the following:
· Delivery method (Delivery by express courier, or by cargo/transport market); The transport and selling terms are: EX WORKS from our warehouse in Deva;
· Order data: Company name, Company complete information (VAT status, ...), Name and surname of the legal representative, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Stairs, Block, floor, Apartment, Intercom if necessary).
· Payment method: choose the method in which you will pay the order: in this situation: by bank transfer.
With your username and password entered, you can log in to view your current order history or status, change / delete your profile, or place subsequent orders without re-entering your contact information.

Order by email
You can send your order by email to office@dhsbikeparts.com :

· Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code or product link
